Eaton Awarded Contract to Retrofit Engine-Driven Pumps and AC Motorpumps on GOL's B737-700/800 Fleet

Agreement includes component supply and repair for more than 100 airplanes

PARIS … Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton has been awarded a pump retrofit and component supply and repair contract for more than 100 Boeing 737-700/800 aircraft operated by GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes of Brazil. At the centerpiece of the contract are Eaton's highly reliable engine-driven pumps and AC motorpumps, which will be retrofitted across GOL's B737-700/800 fleet. The contract value has not been disclosed.

In addition to pump retrofits on each aircraft, Eaton will upgrade horizontal stabilizer trim motors and brake metering valves, replace solenoid valves, and perform repair and overhaul services on main engine fuel pumps and other specified Eaton parts.
