Eco Consumer Services announced today during CES in Las Vegas, that it now offers ready-to-run SaaS solutions for better Consumer Engagement and Feedback Management for Consumer Electronics Manufacturers.

Using the Eco Platform, manufacturers can collect feedback or service requests from consumers and reward them for sharing their opinion or for engaging with them.

The Consumer Electronics vertical solution contains unique processes that support CE companies such as a simplified warranty registration for consumers, analytics for returns processing and the ability to market peripheral products.

As a result the brand will have a chance to address consumer issues before products are returned or before negative online reviews are made. Eco claims that in order to enhance adoption, consumers can choose their preferred communication channel and e.g. text with the brands service instead of walking through extensively formalistic web based processes.

Eco deployed the solution first with multimedia device manufacturers in Asia and will soon be rolling out with global manufacturers of printing and imaging devices.
