After David Bowie, another English star has announced his return in 2013. Elton John has just launched the promotion of his 30th studio album, The Diving Board. It will be released by Mercury Records in September 2013. Assisted once again by his faithful producer and songwriter Berne Taupin, the singer composed the 13 songs featured in this upcoming release. It was recorded in two working sessions, one in January 2012 and the other in January of this year. Elton John has said that this album will be the “most piano-orientated” of his career.
