Ergotron has expanded its industry-leading portfolio of carts and point-of-care solutions for the healthcare market, with the addition of the new StyleView® Sit-Stand Enclosure. The new Sit-Stand Enclosure brings ergonomic sit-stand computing comfort to caregivers accessing or inputting data within traditional hospital wall mount workstation settings.

Presenting caregivers with a new level of workplace flexibility and low-profile aesthetics, the StyleView Enclosure helps enhance patient and caregiver’s overall experience by enabling caregivers to easily sit or stand while accessing critical patient data—introducing greater efficiency and accuracy into treatment facilitation.

Designed for space-constrained patient rooms, the new StyleView Sit-Stand Enclosure has a very low profile of only 3.8" (9.7 cm) deep with a small footprint on wall of 38.2" (97 cm) high by 26.6" (67.5 cm) wide. The unit provides 20" (51 cm) of smooth and effortless height-adjustment.

Addressing the unique requirements of the healthcare environment, the worksurface and wrist rest have been treated with Agion® Antimicrobial for product protection and infection control. The keyboard tray folds back cleanly when not in use and the unit is compliant with NFPA 101 Life Safety Code interior wall finish requirements.

For added safety and security, there is a keyless locking mechanism that protects patient data for compliance with privacy requirements; a keyed lock is also included. Additionally, the new enclosure offers separate locking storage for the CPU or thin client, front vented for enhanced heat dissipation to ensure long-life performance of hardware, and cable management to conceal and organize wires and cords.
