Eton Institute Launches Free Language Learning App for the Community

Eton Institute, international language training specialists headquartered in the UAE, has launched a new application titled ‘Catch the Phrase’ which will allow language enthusiasts around the world to learn languages for free.

Non-profit ‘Catch the Phrase’ App to promote language diversity while supporting a charitable cause.
Eton Institute, international language training specialists headquartered in the UAE, has launched a new application titled ‘Catch the Phrase’ which will allow language enthusiasts around the world to learn languages for free. The unique not-for-profit app developed as part of the Institute’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy will offer daily lessons in six top world languages for users while featuring deserving charitable organisations including UNICEF.
Supporting the two-fold mission of language diversity and education, the ‘Catch the Phrase’ App will promote language learning in the community while promoting and providing information about a select non-profit organisation which facilitates education for the underprivileged.

Featuring daily lessons in six popular languages, namely Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Russian, the application will allow users from the around the world to learn a language for free through their iphone, ipad or ipod touch.  The App will include an aural pronunciation guide with audio assistance from a native speaker so that users may begin speaking and practicing their new languages immediately. The platform will also provide a connection to charities around the world, featuring a select non-profit organisation and raising awareness for its cause. The application is currently linked to UNICEF, the non-profit UN organisation focusing on children’s rights and development.
The ‘Catch the Phrase’ App is available for free download for all users with iphone, ipad and ipod touch devices with software version iOS 3.2 or later.
