Exact opens its first office in Denmark

On April 1, 2004 Exact Software opened its first office in Denmark. Exact Software Denmark A/S is located in Copenhagen. The general manager of the new division is Mr. Jacob Heiberg.

Exact Software Denmark reinforces Exact's international network of subsidiaries, and will provide local services in Denmark in the same uniform and coordinated manner as elsewhere throughout the network. Focused on international companies, Exact Software Denmark will build all the necessary localization in language and legislations to meet the needs of Danish subsidiaries.

According to Mr. Heiberg, Navision currently has 70% of the ERP market in Denmark, its homeland and a country with high salaries and a large percentage of skilled, white-collar workers. In Denmark efficiency gains in knowledge management and work processes has tremendous impact on business profitability. The market there is ripe for new software products, as the current products use older and much less integrated technology.

Exact Software Denmark will focus on mid-sized subsidiaries of internationals. Sales focus will be on the full e-Synergy suite including HRM, workflow and document management, and of course, backed up by Exact Globe.
