Mr. Misra is Chairman of trading technology provider Forum Trading Solutions and Managing Director of Misra Ventures, a consultancy providing specialist senior level advisory services helping firms deliver change in market structure, trading and regulatory compliance. Previously he was a Co-Founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Chi-X Europe Ltd, instrumental in taking the company from concept to successful launch. Established in 2007 by Nomura Holdings subsidiary Instinet, Chi-X Europe was eventually owned by a consortium of major global financial institutions including BNP Paribas, Citadel, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Fortis, GETCO Europe Ltd, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Optiver, Société Générale and UBS. When it launched, Chi-X Europe was the first multilateral trading facility that launched in anticipation of the European Union's November 2007 Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID), which paved the way for the introduction of alternative trading venues in Europe. At the time of Mr. Misra’s departure in February 2010, Chi-X Europe was the second largest equities trading venue in Europe, just behind the LSE Group and was subsequently sold to BATS Global Markets in November 2011 for $365M. Earlier in his career, Mr. Misra held a variety of roles in the electronic trading space during his 8 year tenure with Instinet, most notably SVP Head of Product Development and Head of the European Exchange Linkages Group, delivering Instinet, Europe's direct exchange connectivity product suite, and launching the first European Smart Order Routing system.

Mr. VJ Angelo is consultant to PLUS Derivatives Exchange Limited. Mr. Angelo has been working in interest rate derivatives in Asia, Europe and the US since 1985. He has worked on, set up and run businesses at firms such as GFI Group Inc, BGC Partners Inc, and Tradition. Mr. Angelo joins from Vantage Capital Markets LLP where he was Head of Interest Rate Derivatives. At Vantage Capital Markets LLP, a PLUS-DX member, Mr. Angelo had specific responsibility for PLUS-DX's Swap Index Contract ("SIC"). In addition to being familiar with the SIC product, its application and trading potential, Mr. Angelo brings with him relationships with institutions who the Company believes will be interested in PLUS-DX's SIC product and is, therefore, well placed to assist with the delivery of the first trades on PLUS-DX.
