Miguel Vital’s mission will be to drive the continued innovation that has powered Altitude Software next generation customer interaction solutions, ensuring that Altitude uCI solutions maximize results in the contact center and help achieve true customer engagement. He will be in charge of the product life cycle, managing the Research & Development (R&D) and the Product Management teams.

Miguel Vital has over 17 years' experience in contact center solutions technological development and innovation, lately in charge of Altitude Software Research & Development. He held several technical and management positions within Altitude Software R&D and was key in enabling every major product release in the last decade. Miguel Vital has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, and a Post-Graduation in Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
