Experience Package for Telekom’s Subscribers—Discounts at our Partners in Telekom’s Kapcsolat (Connection) Program In Over 200 L

This year both the system of discounts available in Telekom’s Kapcsolat Program and the pool of cooperating partners have been renewed and expanded. As a result Magyar Telekom’s customers can choose from an even broader range of offers. Another innovation of the program is that from now on small and medium-sized company customers can also find specifically cost reducing offers among the discounts.

In addition to its quality services and broad choice of products Telekom also lays emphasis on further benefits and experiences for its loyal customers. For 14 years now it has been operating its loyalty program, one of the earliest in Hungary. This year many discount elements of Telekom’s Kapcsolat Program available also for T-Mobile and T-Home customers have been renewed and the pool of cooperating partners has considerably expanded. As a result Magyar Telekom’s customers can choose from an even richer offer: 5-20% discount awaits them at more than 200 participating businesses all over the country. Every age group can find programs tailored to their needs among the offers of several zoo and botanical gardens, fun baths, aqua and adventure parks, as well as cinemas, toy shops, taxi services, book stores, magazines, restaurants and hotels that have joined the program. The discounts in many cases can be enjoyed by more than one person, so families can achieve even bigger savings.

Any T-Mobile or T-Home customer can take part in the program without any special registration and regardless of whether they are a monthly mobile subscriber, hold a Domino card, or use fixed voice, TV or internet service. The majority of the discounts at partners can be used by presenting the Kapcsolat Card. The service provider sends the card by mail, free of charge to eligible customers. Subscribers can request the Kapcsolat Card and have it sent by mail on the T-Home and T-Mobile websites, via the telephone customer support (at 1412, or 1430) or personally at the T-Points.

Another innovation of the Kapcsolat Program is that discounts specifically tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized businesses have also been included in the offer. Although every element of Telekom’s Kapcsolat Program was already available for small and medium-sized business customers, discounts specifically designed for them have not been offered so far. These customers will receive a broader range of discounts at partners from Telekom that are much more customized and valuable for them. With this step Telekom wants to continue helping businesses reduce their costs and rationalize their operation. By using the Kapcsolat Program firms will be able, for example, to save on their online advertising costs, receive information from their potential suppliers at lower cost, create their web store at a cheaper rate and even considerably reduce sums spent on copying.
