Eyeking LLC Signs License with Crocs, Inc. to Launch Crocs^(TM) Eyewear in 2012

Eyeking, LLC announced today that it has signed a license agreement with Crocs, Inc, under which Eyeking will design, manufacture, market, and distribute Crocs^(TM) Eyewear in the United States and Canada.

Plainview, NY, February 10, 2012 (PressReleasePoint) -- Eyeking, LLC announced today that it has signed a license agreement with Crocs, Inc, under which Eyeking will design, manufacture, market, and distribute Crocs^(TM) Eyewear in the United States and Canada. The first collection is slated for viewing and release May 2012.

Crocs Eyewear will feature an interchangeable patented Jibbitz^(TM) hinge system which allows consumers to swap, mix and match sunglass faces and arms to create their own custom Crocs sunglass. The first Crocs Eyewear line, which includes adult and kids styles in a variety of classic and colorful styles, will be available Spring 2012 in Crocs retail stores, Crocs.com and other nationally recognized retail channels.
