FactSet Research Systems Inc. (NYSE: FDS NASDAQ: FDS), a leading provider of integrated financial information and analytical applications to the global investment community, announced today that it has been named one of FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" for 2013.

This is FactSet's 5th year on the list and best placement to date, ranking #44 in the overall 100. The full list and related stories appear on the FORTUNE website at http://money.cnn.com/magazines/fortune/best-companies.

"Our employees' hard work and dedication continue to create value for our clients and grow our business," said FactSet CEO Philip A. Hadley. "Receiving awards like this one shows me that we know how to do it the right way, as a team."

FORTUNE recognized FactSet's employee learning and development program, citing FactSet's financial analyst certification program which supports and rewards employees who study for and pass the CFA exams.

To pick the 100 Best Companies, FORTUNE partners with the Great Place to Work Institute to conduct the most extensive employee survey in corporate America. Two-thirds of a company's score is based on survey responses from randomly selected employees.
