January 20, 2012 (Mountain View, CA) – Fenwick & West LLP represented Vibrant Media Holdings, Inc., a leader in premium contextual advertising in its acquisition of Image Space Media (ISM), the in-image advertising technology company. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Fenwick transaction team included corporate attorneys Sam Angus,Christian Lymn and Jacob McQuown ; technology transaction attorney Chris Joslyn ; executive compensation and employee benefits attorneys Shawn Lampron and Grace Chen ; and tax attorneys Ron Schrotenboer and Zachery Jones .
