FiberLight announces the departure of CEO and Founder Michael Miller
(Atlanta, GA) - FiberLight, LLC, one of the nation's leading providers of mission critical, high performance fiber optic networks, announced today that Mr. Michael P. Miller, FiberLight's CEO and Founder will be leaving FiberLight. Mr. Paul Pierron will be assuming a companywide leadership role as the COO at FiberLight.
Mr. Miller has spent the last 16 years building FiberLight into one of the premiere providers of fiber optic based, mission critical data transport. He led a management team that has grown the company from a very modest beginning to one of the industry leaders in providing fiber optic based solutions. "FiberLight has been a big part of my professional life and I am very excited to be able to leave the company at such a positive time in its history. Retiring from FiberLight will allow me to pursue opportunities that I have wanted to do for some time. I am leaving the company in very good hands and as a shareholder I could not be more excited about its future," said Miller.
Mr. Pierron, FiberLight's recently appointed COO will be vital in the evolution of a small company transitioning to a significant force in the market.
