First Industrial Realty Trust, a leading owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced that John Hanlon has joined the Company as senior investment/development officer for its New Jersey Region.
Mr. Hanlon brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to First Industrial with a focus on commercial investment and development for public and private companies, primarily of regional and bulk distribution facilities.
He previously worked in a senior capacity with leading real estate firms including Cornerstone Real Estate Funds, Prologis, Opus East, LLC, and Grubb & Ellis. Most recently, he served as principal for the Hayden Maguire Real Estate Fund and senior acquisitions officer for Hayden Real Estate Investments.
"John has a strong market knowledge of New Jersey as well as other East Coast industrial hubs, and has a wealth of experience in acquisitions, developments, leasing and management," said Peter Schultz, executive vice president of First Industrial's East region.
