To meet the backend requirements of this new recruitment division, Focus Softnet has signed a strategic partnership agreement with IT Global Services, one of the top Executive Search Companies in India, which specializes in Recruitment Services catering to a wide spectrum of clients in India, Europe, Far East, the Americas and the Gulf. Focus’ recruitment division will be fronted by the company’s Vice Presidents, Mansur Ahmed, who is also the Managing Director of IT Global Services and Rohan Tejura, two highly qualified professionals with tremendous global experience and expertise in placements, organizational development and training.

Focus Softnet’s new division will support all its global branches with recruitment and placement services, training and certification courses and HR outsourcing for small to medium size companies. “This division will act as the customer’s one point contact for their HR solutions right from sourcing, staffing solutions, executive search, training, assessments to OD consulting services. As part of its broader plans, Focus Softnet plans to tie-up with UAE universities to offer these courses locally in future.
