Football Media Day 2014: Franklin and the Lions kick off preseason preparations

James Franklin and the Penn State football team began preseason preparations on Aug. 4 with Football Media Day followed by the first practice of the 2014 season. The Nittany Lions will open the 2014 campaign vs. Central Florida at the Croke Park Classic in Dublin, Ireland on Aug. 30.
