Frank Bluestein Creates New Louisiana Hot Sauce
Chicago, IL – Fans of the ill fated Blues Groovefest and Frank E. Bluestein will rejoice in his new found love in the kitchen. A new brand of Louisiana hot sauce is in the works and will be released right before labor day 2009. The sauce was inspired by a lifetime of touring on the road, playing blues music and the soulful sounds of Gunner Allen Smith, Frank’s bassist.
Large kitchens have been rented to produce the sauce in Chicago land which is Franks home away from home. “My real home is actually in the history books, because I’m a living legend” explains Frank e. Bluestein. “No, seriously, I like to kid around and I grew up in Kansas City. The sauce we created has nothing to do with my boyhood home. We chose a Louisiana recipe because of all of the touring we did in New Orleans.” Adds Bluestein.
Finding funding to produce the sauce was a bit of a challenge. Blues Groovefest 09 was cancelled due to poor budget, ill fated funding and inhouse fraud and embezzlement. The festival was supposed to take place in Norwalk, Connecticut on August 15, 2009 but it did not go through. The remaining funds from the Groovefest actually paid for supplies and kitchen rentals.
“I plan on selling my hot sauce online sweet daddy” explains Frank e. Bluestein. “I just hope people buy it because lets face it… the whole world ran out of money…. Know what I’m saying?”
Look for two different varieties of sauce coming to a vendor near you. One sauce is called, “Hollerin’ Heat” and it has a kick of habenero peppers in it. The other sauce that is scheduled to be on the market is called, “Molten Lava”. They are scheduled for Sept 12, 2009.
