FSOkx is pleased to announce the launch of its research study: The New Economics of Business Operations - Performance Metrics, Operations Improvement, and Levers of Change. The objective of the study is to identify trends and best practices in performance metrics and the role these metrics play in monitoring and improving operations. The study will explore how performance metrics align with critical business outcomes such as revenue growth, cost control, cash flow, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance/risk management. The study explores how the levers of operational transformation such as people, process, technology, and information impact business outcomes.

In order to capture a comprehensive and insightful picture of businesses operational practices and uncover opportunities for enhancement, FSOkx is conducting an online survey of banking, insurance, and capital markets professionals.
