Heading towards the finish of 2008, fibre2fashion has already taken up the preparations for hoisting its very first online trade fair of the ensuing 2009. It is going to be the Garmenting Accessories Expo 09, which will be the 2nd edition of its previous year version – the Trims Supplement 08.

Who will/can exhibit there? Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Traders of - threads, laces, zippers, buckles, buttons, tapes, ribbons, beads, hooks, pins, bands, straps, cufflinks, interlinings, webbings, labels, brooches, embroidery, badges, elastics, trimmings, ropes, cords, sliders, patches, clips, and nets etc. The event is also a perfect platform for allied industries i.e. machinery manufacturers of Zippers, Buttons, Beads, Laces etc to exhibit their latest technology to the visitors. The event is likely to exhibit latest technologies from Korea, Taiwan, and China etc.

More than 150,000 decision makers from apparel manufacturing industry from industry-hubs like China, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Pakistan, Taiwan, Singapore etc. are the registered members of Fibre2fashion. Further on that, the launch of Garmenting Accessories Expo 09 has been fixed for Feb 01 2009 and the event this time will be ongoing for 45 days to end on March 17 2009, he confirmed. Currently on fibre2fashion, the online Intimate Wear Expo 08 is in effect and which will continue till Jan 20 2009.
