Research Evaluates Seven Critical Capabilities Essential to the Selection of RaaS Providers and Services

  • According to the report, “Gartner estimates that the global RaaS market will be approximately $564 million in 2013, with a projected compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of at least 21% during the next three years.”
  • As the first Critical Capabilities for RaaS report, this multidimensional research focuses on the key areas essential to the selection of RaaS providers and services across seven critical capabilities and use cases. According to Gartner, "critical capabilities" are attributes that differentiate products in a class in terms of their quality and performance.
