The jcp consumer card program provides credit to millions of consumers who shop at more than 1,100 jcpenney stores in communities across the United States and Puerto Rico, as well as online at jcp.com. The program provides cardholders with added value, convenience and security including:

• New cardholders receive 20% off (10% off fine jewelry, watches and home) their first day of purchasing
• jcp cardholders can earn up to ten $10 jcp rewards certificates, each month
