  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university in a relevant field (such as clinical research/health care or database administration).
  • 5 or more years of experience with human clinical research studies.
  • 5 of more years of experience in the use of clinical trial related software.
  • Track record of superior interpersonal relationships.
  • RN or Master’s Degree, Oncology, Clinical Research Coordinator, Regulatory and/or IRB experience.
  • Project management experience, excellent writing skills, detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of OnCore software, proficient in computer software utilization of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Access).


Responsibilities: 

The incumbent will function as the “product manager” for the research center clinical trial application and database – OnCore.  Incumbent will provide a link between the OnCore users, technical support personnel and the policy makers as well as help to define and document policies and procedures.  Additionally, the incumbent will support the OnCore Director with all aspects of implementation of Forte Research software (clinical trial data management system, registry system, biorepository system).  Primary responsibility will be training OnCore Coordinators and other supervisors along with overseeing access to the software in conjunction with IT.  Incumbent will also act as a resource, problem solve (and triage problem solving as appropriate), and develop user consensus, measure user satisfaction and work to improve user satisfaction.  Develop Case Report Forms in OnCore based upon protocol documents for investigator-initiated trials.

Shift: Days/M-F.

Minimum annual salary: $48,341-$65,260  Salary to be commensurate with qualifications & experience of candidate.  Pay Grade: 18
