In recognition of SCDI's 50 years of delivering international success and to mark this milestone, Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Mayor of New York City and world renowned speaker, will address 850 guests at Scotland's International Awards on Friday 19 November at the Thistle Hotel, Glasgow.

Mayor Giuliani will share his unrivalled insight into the challenges and strategies of modern leadership and its relevance to Scotland.

Announcing the Giuliani visit today at the SCDI Annual Forum and Economic Summit, SCDI's Chief Executive, Dr Lesley Sawers said: “Mayor Giuliani took his world famous city and made it world class. His commanding and courageous leadership has inspired on the global stage. He is the man who re-invented and re-invigorated New York, creating the world's biggest and best city brand. We are delighted that he has found time in his schedule to visit Scotland.
