Canadian companies collaborate to offer RRSP and LIRA holders a chance to take control of their financial future.

Alberta, Canada real estate investment company, Glenn Simon Inc. and British Columbia, Canada Investec Solutions Inc. have collaborated to offer Canadian RRSP and LIRA holders an innovative way to put their retirement funds into cash flowing real estate with reduced risk.

Using Investec’s original I-finance program, Canadians can now purchase cash flowing real estate by accessing their retirement savings. I-finance allows Canadian RRSP and LIRA holders to borrow the value of their funds without touching the balance, so it can continue to grow. The funds can then be used to invest as the RRSP/ LIRA holder likes.

Glenn Simon Inc. has joined with Investec Solutions to enable successful I-finance clients to use this strategy to purchase cash flowing real estate in economically strong areas in Alberta.
