Glimcher Names Neil Van Winkle Vice President, Legal Leasing

Columbus, OH— August 9, 2011 —Glimcher Realty Trust (NYSE: GRT)—

announced the appointment of Neil Van Winkle to Vice President, Legal Leasing.
Neil Van Winkle joined Glimcher Realty Trust in 2000, and most recently served as Senior Transactional Attorney.  His primary areas of practice are real estate acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financing, new retail project development, and anchor tenant leasing.   He previously served as in-house counsel for Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers, Inc., Roadway Services, Inc., and Developers Diversified Realty Trust. Neil is a graduate of Ohio State University and the Capital University School of Law.
