Columbus, Ohio—September 27, 2011—Glimcher Realty Trust (NYSE: GRT)—

announced today that the financial and operating results for the 2011 third quarter will be released after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday, October 27, 2011.  The company will hold a conference call on Friday, October 28, at 10:00 a.m. (ET) to discuss these results.  The live webcast and conference call will be available in listen-only mode to investors and interested parties via:
