Global Market Forces says it is expanding its direct marketing business in response to greater demand from key industries.

“We are delighted to report that, owing to a sharp increase in demand for direct marketing services, we have made the decision to take on an additional 50 tele-marketing professionals with a view to doubling the existing headcount by the end of the 2nd quarter of this year,“ said a Global Market Forces spokesperson.
Much of the demand for the company’s direct marketing services comes from sales departments that need to reach business and private customers directly.
The rapid growth of the middle classes in many Asian markets means that the current headcount within the business is encountering difficulty accommodating the ever-growing workload.
“This is, without doubt, one of those so-called ‘pleasant’ problems because, realistically, only a solid and sustained surge in demand can set the conditions in which a business can justify a doubling of its headcount. We are in no doubt that the additions will make a tangible and meaningful contribution to overall company profitability,” said the Global Market Forces spokesperson.
The company suggested that, owing to the specialist qualifications necessary, it would likely be necessary to engage search and selection or specialist recruitment agencies in order to reach the desired headcount by the end of this year’s 2nd quarter.
The company also said it would also consider promoting existing personnel from other areas within the organization provided candidates met strict criteria.
