Gravita Group Celebrates 19th Founder's Day

Gravita Group- Leading Lead Manufacturer, Supplier, Exporter and Lead Acid Battery Recycling Plant Supplier Celebrated its 19th Founders Day.

It gives us immense pleasure that Gravita celebrated its 19th Founder's day on 4th august 2010. This auspicious occasion was started with the plantation by Director Mr. A K Gupta, living up to the motto of being eco-friendly and environmentally responsible. A Group photograph of all employees was taken after the plantation.

The event was celebrated with full momentum and vigour.
The Chairman of the company Dr. MP Agarwal inaugurated the occasion with Lamp lighting.

The Second Edition of Quarterly Magazine "Gravita Focus" was also launched on this occasion by the Chairman Dr. MP Agarwal. Employees of the quarter domestic and overseas were also declared.

The Managing Director Mr. Rajat Agarwal gave a welcome speech in his words "It's been a long journey for us and I would like to congratulate all Gravita family members on this day to complete successful 18 years in the Lead and battery recycling industry maintaining dignity and pride with hard work and efforts."

Director Mr. Rajeev Surana gave brief introduction of the company and its business with statistics, scope and growth of the company.

The Chief Guest Mr. Harikant Rai, DGM of Punjab National Bank, Jaipur in his message, expressed happiness to become a part of this day. He was overwhelmed with company's working nature, social responsibilities and employee welfare.

A short documentary film was prepared and presented by Mr. Anurag Dharmawat showing how the company has evolved from a one man army to a group with more than 250 employees all over, all because of sheer vision, hard work and team efforts.

Award Ceremony was organized wherein prizes were given to the employees of Gravita family for their performance, regularity and integrity. The evening was full of fun and frolic. The attraction of the evening was well known reality singer Ms Pawni Pandey who thrilled the audience with enchanting songs.
As a part of corporate social responsibility, Gravita believes in charity for orphanage and voluntarily donated Rs. 51000/- to SOS Balgram and Akshay Patra Foundation each.
