Looking fit is a lot better than the alternative and awesome arms are key to the ideal physique. First Lady Michelle Obama gets tons of compliments on her arms. They look that way due to her ninety-minute daily workouts. Fitness trainer Dustin Schaffer says the arms can be a focal point but overall fitness should be the goal.

New Bern, NC, United States., April 11, 2014 - (PressReleasePoint)  He has prepared an online Exercise for Arms Workout available at no charge on
There are some specific exercises that target toning the arms. One is doing arm circles. Turn each arm around in circles for at least sixty seconds. Then, rest and do it again. This five-minute exercise should build arm strength if done consistently over a thirty-day period. For additional toning pick up some two-pound weights and do the same arm circles.
Dustin reminds all his clients that nothing beats walking. Sometimes walking out side is not an option, march in place to your favorite tunes for fifteen minutes will also work. This daily march will get the blood flowing and provide the circulation needed to continue arm circles.
Always combine exercise with fun. Go outside and get active. Learn to ride a bike, go bowling, hiking, or roller skating, it's best to enjoy exercise.
In addition to the Exercise for Arms Workout, Dustin has a number of other workouts prepared and ready to go. Those who sign up receive a bonus of three extra programs. At Home Workouts, Best Workout Routine and Workouts for Women are among the choices.
Dustin got a head start on his career in fitness training with high school sports and service in the Marines. After receiving his honorable discharge he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Minnesota State University in Mankato.
He also became certified in Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) and in Biosignature Modulation. MAT is a specific and unique process for evaluating an individual’s ability to develop efficient muscle contractions which are essential to normal movement. Biosignature techniques work on targeting and toning specific muscles.
