Airline & Travel Technology Executive and Former President of Sabre Holdings Joins Board of Directors
GuestLogix Inc. Clampett as an independent director on its Board of Directors, effectively immediately. The appointment of Mr. Clampett expands the board to 6 directors, 3 of whom are now independent directors.

Mr. Clampett was one of the founders of Sabre Airline Solutions, and most recently served as President, Airline Products and Solutions for Sabre Holdings completing his tenure in 2012. Clampett was instrumental in helping build and grow Sabre’s airline information technology (IT) business, which today services approximately 225 airlines through a variety of Software as a Service (SaaS) and hosted technology solutions. His success in raising the Company’s profitability through organic growth and strategic initiatives while overseeing a total of 8 key acquisitions during his time at Sabre has made Clampett one of the most respected business minds in the Airline IT industry. Prior to his leadership roles at Sabre Airline Solutions, he spent 8 years as a Senior Vice President at Sabre leading a global team of over 1,000 business and technology professionals. Clampett also spent 11 years at AMR (former parent company of American Airlines) in various management positions, including the role of Vice President, American Airlines Decision Technologies.

Mr. Clampett holds several advanced degrees from the University of Missouri as well as an MSc in Industrial Administration from Purdue University. He also serves on the Boards of the University of Missouri College of Arts and Sciences Strategic Development Board and the University of Texas at Dallas School of Management, Supply Chain Management Industry Advisory Board. He currently resides in Farmer’s Branch, Texas just outside of Dallas.
