Guidance Software Announces 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

PASADENA, Calif., Apr 29, 2008 "(PressReleasePoint)" -- Guidance Software (NASDAQ:GUID), the world leader in digital investigations(TM), will host its annual meeting of shareholders on Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at its corporate headquarters in Pasadena, California.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am PDT and will take place at 215 North Marengo Avenue, Pasadena, California, in the Board Room on the second floor. The company requests that shareholders who plan to attend the annual meeting and wish to vote their shares personally, for security purposes, please RSVP to bod@guidancesoftware.com, prior to the date of the Annual Meeting. Shareholders should bring proof of ownership for admittance to the meeting, and shareholders of record as of April 16, 2008 are eligible to vote their shares.
