6 September 2011 Port Elizabeth, South Africa- Haakeng Business Outsourcing CC has announced the new launch of its website today. The company is a provider of Business Process Outsourcing services that include call centre and document processing solutions.

Incorporated in 2010, Haakeng was formed by CEO Christopher J Fernandes as an alternative to the usual markets like India and Pakistan, in outsourcing. Mr Fernandes states "Haakeng looks to emerge as a new leader in outsourcing mainly for European and Asian markets. There are many benefits to outsourcing in South Africa that I believe not many businesses take advantage of." He also goes on to mention these benefits "This includes callers with a neutral English accent, access to languages for client needs and the great talent pool provided in the nation".

Haakeng will launch its global marketing campaign soon to attract companies in Europe and Asia. "We want everyone to have access to our services. Therefore, we will be expanding our new brochure and sites in English and other languages to reach our clients." Mr Fernandes stated.

Haakeng has a large market to compete in. Right now India and The Philippines are leading nations in the outsourcing industry. The European market alone accounts for 56% of global outsourcing business, with over €26bn generated in the market from this sector alone.
