Handyman Matters of Kansas City recently won an award for KPIs (key performance indicators) at the national franchise convention held in Jacksonville, Florida. The KPI Award was given to the top five franchisees that followed certain criteria, which include contribution margin, discount percentage, personnel expenses and the one question survey results. These key performance indicators give us a clear indication of how their business is doing throughout this tough economy. It’s a health check for each franchise throughout our system. Laurel Thompson, owner of Handyman Matters in Kansas City, proves that she has an outstanding operation and really understands how to take care of her business and customers.
