Handyman Matters of Raleigh Wins Rookie of the Year Award at 2010 National Franchise Convention

Handyman Matters of Raleigh recently won an award for Rookie of the Year at the national franchise convention held in Jacksonville, Florida. The Rookie of the Year award was given to the top five franchisees that began operations in 2009 and were open for three months or more. Each franchisee was judged on their percentage of revenue goal reached (quota), total revenue in 2009, total new customers and the retention rate of acquired customers. Steve Payne, owner of Handyman Matters in Raleigh, received this award as a result of his hard work and dedication to his customers.
Steve Payne, owner of Handyman Matters in Raleigh, accepted this award at the national franchise convention on February 6, 2010. “My goal is to give our customers peace of mind while maintaining and improving their homes, but I couldn’t do it without such a wonderful team working with me - we’re all working hard for the same goal and it feels good to take care of people,” says Payne.
