December 1, 2011: USA Chassis Provider Updates

Today Hapag-Lloyd sources chassis for Memphis and Nashville, TN out of the Mid-South Consolidated Chassis Pool (MCCP). This pool has a proven record of consistency in quality of chassis and equipment availability. As such, Hapag-Lloyd supports the continued use of this pool for the sourcing of chassis and has nominated this vendor as our preferred providers for those specified locations.

In cases where shippers, their agents, or consignees do not own their own chassis, they will be able to conveniently procure equipment directly from these pools.
