New Delhi, August, 2011: Havells India Limited, a US $1.2 billion enterprise and a leading player in the Lighting & Fixtures segment, electrical and power equipment sector in India, has introduced a new range of storage and instant geysers “RIO” and “NEO” in the Electrical Water Heater market which provides the energy and water flow control and also adds a beautiful touch to modern day bathrooms.
Havells uses “Penta Shield” technology for all its electrical storage water heaters that provides 5-fold safety features with high precision thermostat & thermal cutout, multi-function safety with pressure & vacuum release valve, & 1PX4 level safety for electrical parts from water. The new geyser range also comes with the standard of BEE (Bureau of Energy Efficiency) rating. With the launch of new geysers, the company has also expanded the capacity ranging from 1 liter instant water heater to 50 liters storage water heaters to cater to the need of customer requirements.

New Range
1. RIO Storage Electrical Water Heater – RIO water heater comes with glass lined inner tank for preventing rust & corrosion and sustains high pressure of upto 8 bars, making it suitable for working in high-rise buildings. It contains magnesium (Mg) anode rod fights against corrosion and adds life to the element & inner tank. As prevention against water splashing from all directions. A RIO water heater comes with IPX4 level safety. It has a storage capacity of 6 liter and comes in two colours – white blue and ivory brown. The price is at Rs. 6590/-

2. NEO Instant Electrical Water Heater – NEO water heater comes with ultra thick SS inner tank of superior 304 grade with having rust & shock proof ABS body. It has a high wattage of 3kw for instant water heating and is ideal for working with high rise building & pressure pump installation. NEO water heater is very compact and easy to install in any space. It has an instant water heating capacity of 1 liter and comes in White colour. The Price is at Rs. 3690/-
