David McAtee

has been named a BTI Client Service All-Star for 2010. He is among 164 attorneys honored worldwide and one of only five antitrust attorneys highlighted inLaw360for consistent excellence in client service.

In his practice, Mr. McAtee represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of antitrust, environmental, and complex commercial litigation matters. He has developed particular experience in investigating and defending allegations of fraud in public and private companies. AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. McAtee has been named a "Best Lawyer in America" in antitrust (2008-2010), a "Texas Super Lawyer" (2003-2009), and a "Best Lawyer in Dallas" byD Magazine(2008-2009). In 1994-1995, he served as a Senior Law Clerk to United States District Judge Jerry Buchmeyer, then Chief Judge of the Northern District of Texas.
