Haynes and Boone Orange County Lawyers Participate in Habitat for Humanity Build Day

ORANGE

COUNTY –Several lawyers in the Orange County office of Haynes and Boone, LLP in conjunction with the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) recently joined Habitat for Humanity to work a “Build Day” in Huntington Beach.

and

Kimberly Chase

. Participating staff included Kelley Saunders.

At the “Build Day,” 21 attorneys and staff from 6 law firms participated in the construction of a home for a family struggling to survive in Orange County. Construction commenced in mid-Oct. and will be completed by mid-Dec. 

The partnership between ABTL and Habitat for Humanity was the idea of Mr. Erickson, a Haynes and Boone partner and ABTL board member, who was pleased with the turnout and the event.

"Now more than ever, the community needs to see attorneys working side by side with the community to lend a helping hand where needed,” Erickson said.  “The support of Haynes and Boone to this inaugural event helped ABTL get the program off the ground in what we hope will be an annual tradition for the organization."
