University celebrating Mohammed Bin Rashid’s Accession Day in accordance with ‘Thank You’ campaign

In line with the ‘Thank You’ campaign launched by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to recognise the contributions of general labour staff, Hamdan Bin Mohammed e-University (HBMeU) has hosted a special ceremony at the University’s campus in Dubai Academic City to reward its general labour staff. The event was attended by Dr. Ibrahim Mahmood Bin Abdelrahman, Vice Chancellor, and members of the University’s academic and administrative staff.  
 
During the ceremony, Dr. Ibrahim, honoured 52 of the University’s general labour staff, including maintenance, cleaning, security, gardening, public transport and cafeteria staff, who were presented appreciation certificates in recognition of their vital role in building a better and more comfortable lifestyle in the UAE community. Dr. Abdul Rahman also lauded their dedication, hard work and loyalty over the years.
 
Dr. Bin Abdelrahman commended the noble initiative launched by the Ruler of Dubai, which reflects the leadership’s strong commitment to support and recognize the efforts of all workers and their rights, underlining the progressiveness of the UAE.
