This is a cutting-edge program set in the surroundings of the magnificent Rhododendron gardens behind the Deer Park Hotel in Howth. Using the natural land, cliffs and mountains and equipment restored from parts of the woodland, the boot camp offers high intensity strength and conditioning sessions, which will have people working a variety of body parts, and burning 100’s of calories.

“Our boot camp is situated in idyllic settings, with breathtaking uninterrupted views overlooking Dublin bay. This is a boot camp like no other” said Antoinette Tighe, General Manager at the Deer Park Hotel.

healthpro’s training philosophy for this boot camp involves using many army style techniques and keeping classes to small intimate numbers. “I only use the most effective exercises in my program, this is a very high intensity and challenging programme that is built within fantastic scenery and designed to be fun” said Harriette Lynch personal trainer, Dietitian and Director of healthpro.”

Harriette goes on to comment on what makes the healthpro boot camp unique. “healthpro boot camp is about learning how to exercise correctly and safely, we want those attending to learn correct stretching to improve posture and muscular imbalances, increase their strength and muscular endurance and cardio respiratory endurance.
