Toronto, Canada – GAO Commhas announced the release of its handheld CATV analyzer which is specially designed and used for analog TV channel testing, digital channel power testing and analog TV image monitoring. It is an ideal tool for engineers and other professionals.
This handheld CATV analyzer, model 1287B, operates over a frequency range of 5MHz to 870MHz with a frequency step of 10kHz. It has a level measurement range of 30dBuV to 120dBuv with 1.5dB precision for analog channels and a measurement range of 40dBuV to 110dBuV with ±2.5dB precision for digital channels. This handheld CATV analyzer features superior interference immunity and has a memory of 256kb for data storage. It is equipped with a colorful high definition TFT LCD screen to display measurement data and TV images clearly and precisely. It communicates with a computer via a RS232 interface for data exchange. In addition, the analyzer has a rubber bumper and shock-resistant design to provide extra protection in fieldwork.
