IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 10, 2007--HireRight, Inc.(NasdaqGM:HIRE), a leader in on-demand employment screening solutions,today announced HireRight Enterprise(TM), the newest version of itsflagship employment screening solution and a new standard forscreening program management. The industry's first enterpriseapplication to be powered by Web 2.0 technologies, HireRightEnterprise brings all of a company's screening activities, tasks andtools including ordering, verifying, checking status, reporting,collaborating, and compliance management together in one softwareapplication. HireRight Enterprise enables users to accomplish almostany required action with a single click, resulting in significant timesavings, greater visibility, control and convenience through thescreening experience.

At the heart of HireRight Enterprise is the Screening Manager(TM),a "dashboard" that aggregates all relevant information into a singlepage and provides dynamic graphical and table-based summaries forimportant screening factors. Additional details and actions aredelivered with a simple rollover, so the user never has to leave theScreening Manager to get additional information.
More than a dozen HireRight customers have participated in thebeta testing of HireRight Enterprise to validate the new features andfunctions of the solution and further enhance usability. Based oncustomer feedback from this beta, HireRight expects that HireRightEnterprise will reduce time spent managing the screening process by upto 30 percent, improve internal customer and applicant satisfaction,significantly reduce errors and improve decision-making.
