Hodgdon Group Realty Represents Ashley Furniture Industries in 683,000 SF Lease Renewal at ProLogis Park Redlands

Aaron Hodgdon, president of Hodgdon Group Realty, represented Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. in a 3-year lease renewal for more than 683,000 square feet at ProLogis Park Redlands in San Bernardino County, Calif. COLTON, Calif. - Inland Empire-based Hodgdon Group Realty announced today that Aaron Hodgdon, president of Hodgdon Group Realty, represented Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc. in a 3-year lease renewal for more than 683,000 square feet at ProLogis Park Redlands in San Bernardino County, California. Rick John, executive vice president of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, worked with Hodgdon in the lease transaction.

Pat Cavanagh, senior vice president and market officer, and Tyson Chave, first vice president and market officer with ProLogis, negotiated the lease renewal on behalf of ProLogis. ProLogis (NYSE:PLD) is a leading global provider of distribution facilities, with more than 475 million square feet of industrial space (44 million square meters) owned, managed or under development in markets across North America, Europe and Asia.

ProLogis Park Redlands is located within the Redlands Business Center in the city of Redlands, about 15 miles east of Ontario International Airport. The park offers easy access to all major interstate highways in the area -- I-10, I-215, I-15, I-210 and I-60 -- and comprises more than 2.6 million square feet of industrial space. Ashley Furniture occupies Distribution Center No. 4 at the park, an inventory building completed by ProLogis in the third quarter of 2005.
