Job Description

Job Scope Provide support to the Property Manager in all areas of the management of assigned properties to include maintenance, tenant relations, collections, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, risk management and property improvements. 

Provide administrative tasks including report preparation, input of invoices in accounting system, and tracking tenant and vendor insurance certificates.


Principal Accountabilities


Financial

• Assist in A/R collections and follow-up

• Assist in budget preparation

• Assist in preparation and Review of the monthly financial package(s)

 Interpersonal Savvy - relates well to all kinds of people, up, down and sideways, inside and outside the organization, builds appropriate rapport, builds constructive and effective relationships, uses diplomacy and tact.

 Written/Oral Communications – is able to write and speak clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles;

 Problem Solving – uses logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers.


Qualifications

College graduate preferred

At least 2 years experience in retail/commercial property management, multiple property responsibilities preferred.

Competency using Microsoft Office, navigating the internet, general use of personal computer
