Hostway Names M. Jay Sinder Chief Financial Officer

Chicago, Illinois, April 15, 2009— Hostway Corporation, the global Web services leader, announced that M. Jay Sinder has joined the company as its new chief financial officer. In this capacity, Mr. Sinder will lead Hostway’s worldwide finance organization and hold responsibility for accounting, financial planning, treasury, tax and audits.

Sinder brings extensive leadership experience in finance, operations and corporate development, including helping to take a company public. His experience has been predominantly in the communications and technology industries, having held both board and management positions with companies such as Birch Telecommunications Corp., Focal Communications Corp., Ameritech Corp., IBM and MCI Communications Corp. Sinder comes to Hostway most recently from Hu-Friedy Manufacturing Co. where he served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer.

“Jay is a critical addition to our team,” said Lucas Roh, CEO of Hostway. “He brings a substantial body of expertise, knowledge and experience to the role. He has worked in both large public companies and start-ups. We look forward to working with him.”

Sinder earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business and has a BS in mathematics and statistics from the University of Michigan.
