UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- University Transportation Services announced that the HUB Parking Deck will be closed for maintenance from 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8, to Sunday, Aug. 10.

Vehicles will not be allowed to enter the deck beginning at 4 p.m. Friday, and all vehicles will be required to exit at 5 p.m. The plaza level entrance and exit to the deck, along with the HUB Deck kiosk, will reopen before the start of business on the morning of Monday, Aug. 11.

During this temporary closure, faculty/staff and student permit holders may park in any other parking lots normally available to them during evening and weekend hours. Visitor parking will be available on Saturday, Aug. 9, and Sunday, Aug. 10, at the East, Eisenhower and Nittany parking decks.

Starting Monday, visitor parking will again be available at the HUB Deck at $1 per hour. Entry and exit for visitors and any vehicles without a HUB Deck transponder permit will be through the plaza level entrance and exit lanes located to the right and left of the HUB Deck kiosk.

Yellow C permit holders with a transponder permit will continue to access the garage through the first floor transponder entrance, but exit will return to the plaza level exit lanes.
