YASH Technologies offers two types of training to prepare organizations for implementing their new HR system or solution.
Project team orientation (PTO) training – Vital after the kickoff of the implementation to prepare teams for their project. YASH’s PTO course curriculum and training systems are used to deliver this training, which includes overview and administrator courses for each module. Course lengths generally vary between 8 and 16 hours, depending on the module and topic being covered, and are taught by YASH’s expert learning staff.
End-user training – Important before go-live to prepare end users for working with their new HCM systems. End-user training materials are tailored to match the setup and configuration of the customer’s new SAP ERP HCM or SuccessFactors solutions. Training materials are personalized to include the client’s business process information.
Training programs can be customized per client needs and can be offered on site at the client’s facilities or at one of YASH’s HCM Learning Centers.
