Report details progress toward integrating sustainability into company’s day-to-day operations.

BOISE, Idaho – IDACORP, Inc. (NYSE: IDA) has released its 2013 sustainability report. Titled "Progress," the report was issued May 15 in conjunction with the company’s 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The third annual sustainability report lists IDACORP’s 2013 strategic sustainability initiatives, and details its progress toward achieving them. An in-depth metrics section provides a transparent view into the past year’s performance in areas ranging from reliability to CO2 emissions and hatchery release numbers, among others. “The title of this year’s report reflects the progress we’ve made toward integrating the principles of sustainability into our everyday activities,” said Darrel Anderson, IDACORP President and Chief Executive Officer. “And while we’re proud of the past year’s accomplishments, we’re building on a tradition of financial, environmental and social stewardship that stretches back nearly a century.”

While the report is primarily focused on Idaho Power’s performance and results, the philosophical approach to business, responsibility and stewardship is consistent across all IDACORP subsidiaries.
