Mumbai, India - June 23, 2009 – Idhasoft today announces a strategic acquisition of Apposite solutions, a DC based $8 M IT services firm, with offices in Virginia to enhance the Idhasoft strategic portfolio. Apposite Solutions based out of Northern Virginia in the heart of Dulles Tech Corridor and near Washington DC, is a leader in IT services and project outsourcing and implementation.

Dr. Ramesh Subramaniam, Idhasoft Managing Director stated that “with this acquisition, we consolidate the service offering in Process Management, Consulting and Government business. Additionally this acquisition will help Idhasoft expand into very important region.”

Apposite will operate as a subsidiary of Idhasoft Services and Technology Division and will continue to offer the same high quality services their clients have come to expect.
