Institute of Competitiveness as the new partner for the EcoSlate Sustainable School Awards 2014 in Gurgaon

The IFC, India is an independent, international initiative centered in India - dedicated to enlarging and disemmindating the body of research and knowledge on competition and strategy, pioneered over the last 25 years by Prof. M.E. Porter of the Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness, Harvard Business School , USA. The IFC partners  are The Competitiveness Institute - The Competitiveness Institute is the leading global network for practitioners, policy makers, researchers and business leaders working towards improving competitiveness in regions and clusters , Asia Case Research Center, Investment Consulting Associates, Martin Prosperity Institute - The Martin Prosperity Institute (MPI) is a global think-tank located at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and led by Professor Richard Florida and City Innovates Pvt. Ltd (Official Website and Applications Partner for a duration of one year). The Institute for Competitiveness is committed towards - taking the concept of competitiveness from the text book to the field, and applying it creatively in a way that it positively impacts productivity at all levels;creating an active dialogue on competitiveness and strategy in India to further the growth of the nation; enhancing firm performance by applying key concepts of strategy, innovativeness and competitiveness; and bringing India to the topmost level in global competitiveness.
The IFC(Institute of Competitiveness) has partnered with EcoSlate and Idream for the EcoSlate Sustainable School Awards Programme which was launched in April this year. Over 15 schools have joined to compete for the awards. The IFC will be assisting the EcoSlate SSA team in evaluating the schools this coming July-August.
